Join Us! The Team: Our global creative team consists of a diverse group of User Experience Designers, Interaction Designers, 2D and 3D Visual Designers, Motion Graphic Artist, Modelers, and Developers.
We collaborate with the interior and exterior design studios, product planning, brand teams, software teams, engineering, and outside suppliers through all stages of the product development cycle.
We need an expert that champions the user-experience and creates conversations focused on delivering world-class products.

The Job: In this role, you will be managing, creating, and delivering high-end visual effects (motion, 3D, CGI, etc.
) for concept, advanced, and production products.
As a leader and example of our culture, you will guide and inspire designers with vision, creativity, strong aesthetics, precise execution, and a positive energy that inspires engagement and commitment of the organization.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: Use motion and animation to bring interfaces to life so that the information is engaging, easy to understand and easy to find Create compelling graphical themes and animated models, refining them from initial concept through final production deliverables Storytelling – Visually and verbally present concepts in a clear and concise manner Expertly articulate ideas, design decisions, and design work to senior level stakeholders Communicate effectively in a cross-functional environment to advocate on behalf of our users Manage project timelines with internal and external teams Identify strengths in key areas for development in direct reports Basic Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Game Design, Entertainment Design, Communications Design, Graphic Design, UX design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, or related UX degree 7 years of professional work experience as a game designer, motion artist, graphic artist, ux designer, interaction designer, or similar UX-related role Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization Strong time management skills and the ability to provide design leadership-level work independently Proficiency in a variety of 2D and 3D software tools, AI, PS, Sketch, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Unity, Unreal, etc Broad understanding of business concepts and operational processes.
