Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cafe Manager to join our team.
The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cafe's daily operations, including food and beverage service, customer service, staff management, and inventory management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing food service operations, implementing process improvements, and driving business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe, including food and beverage service, customer service, staff management, and inventory management
* Ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently, and that production targets are met
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
* Develop and manage budgets for all operational activities and ensure that expenses are within budgetary limits
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all operational activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to food safety and hygiene
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that all operations are carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations
* Manage a team of food service professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in food service operations management, with at least 2 years in a management role
* Proven track record of success in managing food service operations, implementing process improvements, and driving business growth
* Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals
* Experience in inventory management, customer service, and staff management
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to food safety and hygiene
* Strong project management skills
