Home Service Partners (HSP), a dynamic company overseeing multiple HVAC businesses, is leading the transformation of the home services industry.
We're seeking a seasoned Regional Operations Manager to drive HVAC operations across our diverse brand portfolio.
This role is pivotal in expanding HSP’s footprint by ensuring a seamless integration of acquired HVAC companies.
The position is primarily based in metro-Detroit, with occasional travel expected outside the state.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
*Operational Oversight:*
* Collaborate closely with the President to strategically lead planning, execution, and optimization of HVAC field operations across multiple entities.
* Work in tandem with General Managers at each location, ensuring steadfast adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
* Oversee the integration of acquisitions, including providing training to managers on software and HSP practices.
*Team Management:*
* Manage General Managers at each location, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
*Quality Assurance:*
* Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that HVAC services meet or exceed industry standards.
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines.
*Resource Planning:*
* Oversee resource allocation, including labor and materials, to optimize efficiency,
* Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure operational stability.
*Client Relationship Management:*
* Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
*Budgetary Control:*
* Assist in expenditures and management of budgets for entities, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
* Partner with firm leadership to develop a sales marketing plan, Identify opportunities for business growth among entities, and manage marketing budgets,
Other responsibilities as needed by the President and Owner of HSP.
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Proven experience in HVAC operations management, with a focus on overseeing multiple entities.
* Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and equipment.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
* Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $90,000.
