*Working Conditions and requirements:*
Our office has five Medical Doctors and three Physician Assistants (P.
A.
).
We have a full-time X-Ray tech and 5 medical assistants along with our Patient Service Associate staff.
There are Ultrasound, Echocardiogram, and Carotid/Arterial Doppler techs that rotate during the week.
Bio-Tech Lab has a drawing station within our office space.
As the Patient Service Lead you work with all office staff and Doctors under the supervision of the Practice Manager.
Our office is clean and well equipped to service and treat patients.
You may be exposed to patients with infection or communicable diseases.
The staff works a flexible schedule.
You may work irregular hours to provide the office with assistance when needed.
We work on a 40-hour workweek, not necessarily an 8-hour day.
There will be times when you will stay late or go home early.
All employees are asked to be flexible.
*Job Duties:*
Includes but not limited to:
* Support staff by helping in each area of the front office
* Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
* Provides quality patient service, including interacting with patients, answering patient inquiries, and effectively handling patient complaints
* Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
* Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
* Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
* Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training.
* Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
* Supports Practice Manager and performs management duties when the manager is absent or out of office.
