Bakery Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the bakery, including production, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure that all bakery products meet quality and safety standards.
- Train and supervise bakery staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new recipes and menu items.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
Experience: - Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is required.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience with shift management and scheduling.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Culinary background or training is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
