Are you a fine-dining hospitality manager with banquet experience? Do you have proven experience at a luxury country club? Then we invite you to apply today! Wabeek Country Club, a prestigious private golf and social club, is seeking a talented and experienced Food & Beverage Banquet Manager to join our culinary team.

· *Salary:* $75,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience)
· *Start date:* Upon hire
· *Schedule:* ~50 hours; 2 days off per week; Flexibility to work nights/weekends
· *Location:* Bloomfield Twp, MI
*If you have:*
· Ability to operate as client point-of-contact
· At least 2 years of experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry (private country club preferred)
· Flexibility to work nights/weekends
· Scheduling experience
*And you can:*
· Manage banquet FOH & BOH staff
· Design and execute banquet menus
· Coordinate events according to client and club needs
· Oversee all aspects of food production for banquets, including menu development, recipe standardization, ingredient sourcing, and quality control
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the banquet kitchen, adhering to health and sanitation regulations
· Train and educate kitchen staff on banquet menu items, cooking techniques, and plating presentations
· Accommodate special guest requests based on dietary requirements/allergens
· Implement industry trends, techniques, and new culinary innovations
· Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs
