As the information systems manager you are responsible for the computer systems within a site(s), overseeing installation, and ensuring back up systems operate effectively, purchasing hardware and software, providing the IT technology infrastructures for an organization and contributing to organizational policy regarding quality standards and strategic planning.
Responsible for all IT / IS applications for the sites of Auburn Hills (MS), controlling service level of IS Operations Your challenges….
* You deploy standard issued by the Valeo Group/Country/Region within the site(s).
* You are accountable to measures the level of IS services and report status to the site General Manager.
* You manage IS budget and validates all Investment Authorization Request (IAR’s) for the site(s).
* You develop and set up the strategy of the information systems in agreement with Region, the Country and the group specifically data centers, workstations, telecommunication, and security.
* You manage IS projects for the data-processing part (resources, hardware, software).
* You manage IS budget and invoice service for the site(s) and follow-up of the orders of computer equipment and Installation for the local area network.
* You support R& D technical standards as needed.
* You manage outsourcers for the site obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness.
* You manage help desk tickets not treated by outsourcers.
* You evaluate user needs and system functionality and ensuring that the site(s) facilities meet these needs.
* You schedule upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems and monitoring of new system rollouts.
* You monitor/identification of trends in usage, traffic, storage researching and installing new systems.
* You ensure the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision.
* You ensure that all users within the site adhere to software licensing.
* You provide secure access to the network for remote users.
* You ensure the security of data from internal and external attack.
* You manage crises, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems.
* You monitor alerts published ISSCC for viruses.
* You ensure mentoring and training new IT support staff.
* You administer network system architecture, administration activities, email, data storage activities.
* You are responsible to assess the infrastructure support organization strengths, weaknesses, risks and opportunities and develop recommendations and plan of action to improve and promote innovation at the site level.
* You establish and maintain Interpersonal Relationships - Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
* You act as the site(s) security officer and guaranties confidentiality of information for the site(s) in the area of IS and IT regarding conformity, legal and law, awareness, incidents and crisis, user data privacy and leads and promotes site security action.
* You serve as the site(s) champion to communicate security awareness, implement crisis communication plan to leadership.

* You have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
* You have 3-5 years’ experience working with Cisco routers and switches.
* You are familiar with Microsoft Office Products, IE- Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
