Warehouse food manufacturing supervisor

As our restaurant grows and adds more locations, more oversight is needed at our commissary in Waterford, Mi.
We are looking for someone that has experience in food manufacturing operations and inventory management systems.
While our commissary continues to produce product for our restaurants, we are also at the early stages of starting our retail business, packaging the same products for individual use for sale in super markets.
This position could also be helpful in facilitating the growth/oversight of that sector as they would be of a similar vein.
Daily responsibilities inlcude but are not limited to: -complete oversight of orders coming in and going out of commissary -gfs food orders -Collaboration with Kitchen Manager on day to day operations -Projecting orders volume -creating systems to run the facility more efficiently Requirements include: -Minimum 5 years in a similar role (food service manufacturer) -Inventory management skills -knowledge and familiarity with food manufacturing equipment REQUIREMENTS Must have experience in food manufacturing operations and inventory management systems Pita Way makes your sandweeches, quesopitas, and salads your way, right away – and we serve them up fresh, delicious, and fast.
