Sales and Loan Associate / Manager Trainee

*Job Description* We are Michigan's premier operator of pawnshops currently operating 5 locations in the Metro area including Pontiac, Hazel Park, Southgate, Lincoln Park and most notably Detroit, the home of hit TV show *Hardcore Pawn*.
We are *expanding *and looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals to be a part of and share in our growth.
The ideal candidate must be *hard-working*, have a great interest in *self-developmen*t, *a willingness to learn, *have the ability to *provide great customer service* and be *adaptable* while working in fast paced environment.
This is an *entry level* position with focus on *growing within *the organization.

* *Evaluating* fair values for products presented for pawn.
* Ability to sell value and *negotiate *sales.
* *Accurately* handle cash transactions * *Friendly* customer support - in person and over the phone * Maintaining *cleanliness standards* throughout the shop * Meeting and exceeding monthly *performance goals* and objectives *Requirements* * Hardworking and willing to be a part of a team*.
* * Organized, with attention to detail.
* Ability to work with minimum supervision.
