Lead Teacher Infant Room

Duties: - Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of both individual children and the group.
- Communicate with parents on a regular basis to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Plan and conduct activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children.
- Monitor and assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Experience: - CDA in Early childhood education with Infant/toddler.
Earning a degree or earned a degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Previous experience working in a daycare or educational setting.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
