Barista/Shift Lead

PAY WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
We are looking for multi taskers and people who are quick.
The shift we are looking for is an 11 AM- 6PM, or 2PM- 6PM Shift 3-4 Days per week after training.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of smoothies and fresh juiced-based beverages and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and juice and smoothies beverages - Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation - Assist with food preparation as needed - Upsell additional products or menu items to customers - Operate the Square POS Qualifications: - Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions - Knowledge of Smoothie and Fresh juice preparation techniques is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Please note that this position may require occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
