Treasury Manager Common Sail Investment Group Full Time Roles & Responsibilities Manage & maintain relationships with multiple banking institutions.
Maximize the use of treasury management services available while negotiating pricing with our banking and TMS partners.
Administer and control access to bank accounts and payment systems.
Work with various business partners to continuously improve the quality and accuracy of cash forecasting.
Support initiates to automate 13-week cash forecasting through TMS systems and cash reporting.
Oversee the overall cash position of the company by managing day-to-day cash flows.
Initiate and Approve Payments.
Manage and implement multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
Oversee connectivity and automation with ERP, TMS, and payment processing systems.
Utilize critical thinking to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement and have the ability to drive initiatives.
Lead and develop treasury team by overseeing all aspects of treasury functions and providing feedback, ensuring accountability and accuracy.
Identify and mitigate any potential risk related to online banking and payment processing.
Qualifications Bachelor’s in finance, accounting or related field of study.
MBA or CTP certification a plus.
3-5 years experience in treasury, accounting, or banking.
Experience with financial modeling and cash forecasting.
Experience with TMS, specifically Kyriba a plus.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
