In this Multifaceted role, your main focus will be on building strong customer loyalty and meaningful relationships by providing an informative and personalized shopping experience.
As a Sales Lead at Rebekah's Health and Nutrition Source, your responsibilities will include:
-Acting under direct leadership of the owner and director.
Ensuring excellent execution of
roles and procedures.
-Meeting and surpassing daily sales and productivity targets, while motivating and
supporting your colleagues to do the same.
-Creating personalized customer connections to build loyalty and deliver memorable
shopping experiences, ultimately leading to increased sales.
-Demonstrating integrity and inspiring your fellow co-workers.
-Efficiently processing customer transactions, organizing merchandise on shelves,
maintaining accurate inventory, and pricing products accordingly.
-Continuously expanding your knowledge of the products through ongoing learning
activities.
-Collaborating effectively with company leadership and your colleagues.
-Maintaining the store's appearance, keeping shelves stocked, ordering and receiving
inventory and maintaining correct pricing.
-Being open to learning and performing additional duties as required.
