The Sr.
Manager, IT Business Partner (ITBP) role serves as the strategic interface between IT and business units.
An ITBP will partner with business leaders to collaborate in planning and prioritizing goals and initiatives and shape demand for IT products and services.
ITBP’s will ensure that the potential business value from those products and services is defined, realized, optimized, and recognized.
ITBPs will link IT initiatives to business OKRs to ensure that IT is always executing on the highest priority projects.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Serves as the IT ‘account executive’ and facilitates bi-directional communication.
Attends key business meetings to: Better understand business priorities and issues to be solved and provide IT updates and needs.
Facilitates collaboration between IT and business to solve business problems through technology.
Routinely engages with external resources, peers, and partners to bring innovative, external best practice ideas to all areas of PASA
Establishes technology strategies that support strategic objectives of the business.
Creates and maintains robust Business Capability and Enterprise Roadmaps (Apps, Ops, Cyber).
Helps develop strong business cases and success criteria for emerging projects.
Prioritizes work from roadmaps to maximize benefit to the organization within resource constraints.
Works with business teams to develop the cloud technology for new and existing product offerings.
Tracks and measures projects and initiatives within the functional portfolio; focus on year over year continuous improvements.
Delivers transparency of roadmaps and ongoing initiatives to ensure continued alignment and visibility into status while establishing and implementing clear accountabilities and metrics.
MUST-HAVES:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related technical field required, Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of ten (10) years IT experience with five (5) years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities.
Formal project management expertise, presentation and leadership skills required.
Financial management skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control required.
Must have demonstrated leadership ability.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Windows based databases.
Diverse experience and high proficiency in a variety of IT specializations are highly desired.
