Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our HR team and manage the full cycle of recruitment activities, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
The Recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring we meet our staffing needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience and upholding our company's values and culture.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial screening interviews to assess their fit for the role and company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates as needed.
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand our candidate pool.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
Annual Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience)
