Position Summary:
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the successful and timely completion, and financial outcome, of all phases of a multi-family construction project(s) including; project planning, scheduling, budgeting, client development, sales, quality, delivery, and implementation.
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
Minimum of Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, in construction management, engineering or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in construction project management in multi-family construction; design-build experience preferred.
Prior experience with ProCore and RSMeans.
Prior project management software/program experience.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and plans.
Prior cost estimating experience.
