As a Lead Logistics Coordinator, qualified candidates will be responsible for Coordinating Freight, verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items and equipment, as well as the following:
*Responsibilities:*
* Lead the logistics team in an energetic, fast-paced environment
* Review KPI daily with logistics team
* Report out KPI on branch connect calls
* Manage driver utilization for all branches
* Schedule daily shipments for EM, WM, OH & SF branches as necessary
* Obtains freight quotes and schedule over the road shipments as necessary
* Maintain transparency with all AMH teams, for all shipments
* Generate freight invoices
* Process vendor invoices
* Track logistics transactions in Excel/SharePoint/Vsimple
* Create BOL for over the road shipments
*Requirements:*
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to interact with various levels of internal and external customers & vendors.
* Ability to work in a team environment and a strong ability to multi-task.
* Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, with a focus on Excel.
