Dental Assistant - Full Time Hours + Benefits and $3K SOB

_*Full Benefits and a $3000 Signing Bonus!!*_ We are searching for a full time EXPERIENCED Dental Assistant to join the existing team at Redwood Dental in Holly! Our team is passionate about creating a comfortable and friendly environment for the long term patients in Holly.
Through our updated office, low turnover and a welcoming support staff, our patients leave smiling and looking forward to their next appointment.
Due to recent growth, we are looking to add a Dental Assistant to our team.
*Job Duties May Include:* * Greets patients in waiting area and escorts patients to the operatory.
* Assists the dentist in the administration of treatment at the chair side as required or directed by the dentist.
* Maintain a sterile and neat working environment according to current infection control procedures.
* Review the health history, make chart entries under the direction of the dentist and assure completion of forms and signatures.
* Assume the responsibility associated with any duties that may be delegated by the dentist.
* Familiarize the patient with the aspects of their dental visit and provide support and compassion to that patient when it is needed.
* Stock operatories and maintain clinical supply inventory.
* Review daily schedule to set up appropriate trays and instruments.
* Supervise preventive maintenance of dental equipment.
* Take digital radiographs.
* Follow practice protocols: quality assurance, biohazards, infection control, referral, emergency medicine, implants, perio program and emergency treatment.
