Hearing Care Practitioners collaborate one-on-one with patients to provide best in class solutions to those needing hearing help.
Compensation for this position has an earning potential exceeding $70,000 per year for the qualified candidate.
*Responsibilities:*
* Treat each patient as a dear loved one (family member)
* Build rapport with each patient; demonstrate how untreated hearing loss effects quality of life
* Conduct complete hearing evaluations, including complete case history, with audiometric testing, following our proven methodology
* Share results of audiometric testing and recommend hearing solution, if applicable
* Provide ongoing patient support including regular check-ups (cleaning, troubleshooting, repairs), annual evaluations, reprogramming devices if needed, and other patient related services
* Represent the company in a professional manner with the highest degree of integrity and a commitment to excellence in patient care
* Document interactions with patients as required (chart notes, purchase agreements, etc.
) per company policy
* Achieve company revenue and Key Performance Indicators goals
*Qualifications:*
Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor.
* Prior demonstrable sales experience as a high achiever exceeding expectations.
* Current Hearing Aid Sales or Dispensing license, or the willingness and qualifications to become licensed.
* Desire to learn new information while accepting coaching and feedback.
* Experience in creating sales prospects through community outreach.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
*Compensation:*
* Earning potential exceeding $75,000 per year.
