MMRO, Inc is searching for Supervisors to guide and oversee our Claims Processing staff and operations process for disability claims.
Supervisors will oversee administrative claims processing staff (including scheduling, medical records, claims intake/administration) that work in-office and clinical staff that work remotely across the country.
Supervisors must be able to collaborate with direct staff using in-person and virtual opportunities.
Leadership experience is required.
Supervisors will carry a modified workload of claims processing responsibilities; thus considered "working supervisors".
Required experience in one or more of the following industries: Healthcare Claims/Appeals, Disability Claims/Appeals, Disability or Healthcare Claims Management, Independent Review Organization (IRO), Workers Compensation, Short or Long Term Disability Claims and/or Auto Claims Management.
This applicant must be a licensed Registered Nurse, hold an associates degree at minimum, bachelors degree preferred.
Must have two years of leadership experience at minimum.
