*NOTE: All employees are required to receive the COVID-19 Vaccine Position Description Reporting to the Chief Operating Office, the full time, exempt Project Director for CCBHC services has an externally facing role managing relationships in the community.
There also is a heavy emphasis on team collaboration and development and establishing standards of performance across all programs that will be implementing the CCBHC model.
The employee works within general methods and procedures and exercises considerable independent judgment to adapt and apply the guidelines to specific situations.
The work requires knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of various programs, and of supervisory techniques, personnel policies, and procedures, program implementation and knowledge of evidence-based practices and implementation science.
Essential Functions Work with staff to develop objective performance measurements across all sites, to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluation and goal setting in the implementation of the CCBHC model.
Cultivate existing relationships with vendors with the goal of ensuring sufficient space and resources to access services.
Develop and implement strategies that will maximize the synergies among program areas.
Initiate and set goals for programs according to the goals, objectives and timeline plan for CCBHC.
Develops implementation of the program from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes.
Work with Chief Financial Officer on budget approval.
In collaboration with the Program Evaluator devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements.
Provide feedback and resolve complex problems.
Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in management or related field.
Master's preferred.
At least two years of experience in a leadership management role.
Demonstrated success developing and evaluating program models and selecting and successfully operationalizing innovative programs.
Proficient in using technology as a management reporting tool and experience working with information technology staff to develop and implement program evaluation systems.
Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth.
