Looking to start a Goo goo dolls type band (Holly)

Already have my brother as singer and I play guitar.
Need a mandolin , keyboard, and another guitarist and bass guitar.
Not limited to just goo goo dolls.
Just there few good songs and a mix of other rock similar to them like 3 doors down.
Want to do other covers, original songs, and need people in there 20s and early 30s.
Maturity and soul.
