Candidate's responsibilities include leasing, prepare and process applications, maintain resident files, customer service, & AP/AR operations under the direction of the Community Manager.
Candidate must have good written and verbal skills, plus good customer service with residents and prospects.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word in order to prepare and process appropriate written communication, i.
e.
, memos, letters, reports, and notification, etc.
Also, candidate must have ability to learn property management software for input service requests, inputting and updating resident information.
Completion of other tasks and duties as required under the supervision of the community manager.
Candidates must have valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and pass criminal background check.
