- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of leasing, including marketing, tours, and lease signings.
- Maintain accurate records of resident information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs with vendors and maintenance staff.
- Implement and enforce community policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage community budgets, expenses
_-Collect rent payments and manage delinquencies, including initiatin eviction proceedings when necessary_
*Experience:*
- Previous experience in property management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, vendors, and team members.
- Proficient in data entry and office software applications.

- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management and conflict resolution.
