Position: HOA Manager
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of condominium/home owner association properties, ensuring their smooth operations and efficient administration.
* Act as the primary point of contact for co-owners, homeowners, and Association Boards, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
* Oversee all aspects of property management, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and vendor coordination, to maintain the value and functionality of the properties.
* Collaborate with internal staff, such as maintenance technicians and administrative personnel, to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork.
* Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, and compliance with regulations.
* Prepare and manage budgets, including collecting assessments and coordinating financial reporting for each condominium association.
* Facilitate meetings with Association Boards, homeowners, and other stakeholders to discuss property-related matters, financial updates, and community issues.
* Enforce association rules, regulations, and bylaws, ensuring compliance by homeowners and addressing violations when necessary.
* Coordinate the hiring and supervision of contractors, service providers, and vendors for property maintenance, repairs, and other projects.
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to condominium management to provide informed guidance and recommendations.
Qualifications:
* Previous HOA management experience is required.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, financial analysis, and reporting purposes.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with co-owners, homeowners, Association Boards, and internal staff.
* Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
* Knowledge of condominium association laws, regulations, and best practices.
* Familiarity with financial management principles, including budgeting, financial reporting, and assessment collection.
* Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations professionally.
* Relevant certifications or designations in property management (e.
g.
, Certified Property Manager, Association Management Specialist) are a plus.

Pay: $55,000.
