JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a real estate salesperson.
The
ideal candidate has previous career experience in sales, marketing, management, education, or
entrepreneurship.
As part of our team of successful agents in our office, you will learn to build
your business into a thriving and successful real estate business of your own.
We assist in
coaching you on prospecting, developing your own sphere of influence, and the tasks involved
in being the best real estate agent you can be.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate leads and prospect for new clients to build your book of business.
• Build and maintain relationships with your potential buyers and sellers.
• Negotiate deals and facilitate sales transactions for your business.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared office goals.
REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to attend and pass the state 40 hour real estate class
• Ability to pass the state real estate exam.
• Previous career experience in sales, marketing, etc.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Self-Motivated and results driven
