Leasing Specialist / Event Coordinator

Leasing Specialist/Event Coordinator National property management firm is seeking a leasing specialist/event coordinator to assume the responsibilities of maintaining occupancy and entertaining our highly valued residents.
The qualified individual will possess strong leasing/sales qualities as well as creative ideas for interacting with current residents.
This person will need to have strong independent skills, strong creativity, and the ability to communicate positively with our residents.
We are looking to partner this person with a seasoned property manager whose goal is to maintain the highest standards and positive presence in the market.
- The apartments to be leased are refreshed and have current updates.
We have a strong presence in the Oakland University and Oakland University Med School market, as well as all the new business coming to the Pontiac/Auburn Hills area.
The qualified applicant will be expected to do outreach marketing to continue to capitalize on renters in these and many other areas.
Previous experience in multi-family is not a must.
We are seeking an individual that has pervious creative sales experience that may want to break into the fascinating world of property management.
