Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager Duties: - Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure availability of products - Assist in merchandising and maintaining visual appeal of the store - Train and supervise store employees, including scheduling and assigning tasks - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers - Assist in analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to increase sales - Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement operational policies and procedures Qualifications: - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences - Organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and paperwork - Administrative skills to handle documentation, reports, and record keeping - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management We offer competitive pay, opportunities for growth within the company, and a supportive work environment.
