$650 / 2br - 2br 2bath apt Silver Lake Hills need someone to take over the lease (Fenton)

Hi there, I'm moving out of my apt at Silver Lake Hills at the end of January and looking for someone to take over my lease.
The lease ends at the end of May 2024 and is easily extended with the office here.
I'm available to show the apartment after work or on the weekend.
The apartment is spacious with a large living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
My roommate is the other person on the lease and you would split the rent with them.
The apartment costs $1104 per month for the two occupants and does NOT water, elec, sewers, and internet.
Internet is currently $45 a month and electricity varies but is typically around $115 a month.
All those costs are split in half with the other roommate.
Total costs are typically around $650 total per occupant.
