Job Title: Hotel Breakfast Attendant
Shift is 5:30am - 12:30pm
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Hotel Breakfast Attendant to join our team.
As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy a delicious and satisfying breakfast experience that sets the tone for their day.
Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring that all items are properly displayed, stocked, and rotated.
Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, including eggs, bacon, pastries, and beverages
Monitor and replenish breakfast supplies as needed, including food, utensils, and condiments
Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and counters
Engage with guests, answer questions, and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options
Follow established food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained at all times
Assist with other duties as needed, including dishwashing, cleaning, and organizing supplies
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar role preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Good communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow established breakfast procedures
Strong time management and organizational skills
