Flexible hours and work/life balance! *Lead teacher qualifications include:* -earned or working towards CDA or training classes in early childhood education - prior experience working with children in a childcare or school setting - strong knowledge of child development and early childhood education.
-professional and positive attitude and loving demeanor with children - ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, parents and the public is essential.
Responsibilities include: -instruct children in a classroom setting and record anecdotal observations -maintain the health and safety of all the children and their environment at all times -perform regular sanitation and cleaning of the classroom -meet weekly with teaching team to discuss classroom needs and responsibilities and prepare weekly lesson plans At Little Treasures our mission is to provide excellent high-quality care that is developmentally appropriate.
