*Job Description*
The General Manager is responsible for driving the business of Fork n Pint by overseeing all aspects of the restaurant.
They will be responsible for managing the staff, the restaurant, and the company.
The General Manager will be responsible for the financial success of the business by managing all aspects of operations, including staff, sales, and labor expenses.
They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for employees and customers, as well as promoting our core values of hospitality, integrity, and excellence.
The General Manager will also be responsible for all administrative duties that are not related to managing the restaurant.
we are currently purchasing our 6th location and are looking for our next GM , we are family owned and operated

*Essential Functions*
·Manage all aspects of the business
·Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws
·Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
·Ensure that all company policies are followed
·Recruit, train and develop all employees to provide excellent customer service
·Conduct regular reviews of personnel performance to identify areas for performance with
the team meetings to discuss trends in operations and feedback for future training programs
·Weekly financial reporting with team to discuss trends in operations and feedback for future training programs
·Weekly reporting with CEO to discuss trends in operations and feedback for future training programs
·Develop annual budget that includes all costs associated with operating the business
·Manage advertising campaigns that include advertising budget
·Manage all marketing efforts including promotions, advertising, direct mail and other marketing activities
·Conducts regular reviews of all company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
·Ensures that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
·Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for employees and customers
·Responsible for sanitation requirements at all times including cleaning up after parties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
