Cashier/Cook

*Position Overview: *Guido's Premium Pizza is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Crew Members.
As a vital member of our restaurant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Your primary duties will include order taking, managing the carry-out counter, preparing salads and other food items, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
*Key Responsibilities:* *Order Taking:*Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing orders over the phone or in person.
Ensure accuracy in order details and offer recommendations based on customer preferences.
*Running Carry-Out Counter:*Efficiently manage the carry-out counter to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Package orders securely and assist customers with any additional needs or inquiries.
*Food Preparation:*Prepare salads and other food items according to Guido's Premium Pizza standards.
Follow recipes and guidelines to maintain consistency in food quality.
*Customer Service:*Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
Strive to exceed customer expectations to enhance their overall dining experience.
*Light Cleaning:*Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform routine cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene and sanitation standards.
*Qualifications:* * Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
*Physical Requirements:* * Ability to stand for extended periods.
* Lift and carry moderate loads.
