As a professional cleaning technician you will be part of a team that professionally cleans for commercial facilities and buildings to ensure they look spotless.
Evening shifts available- After 5pm
No weekends

Key Responsibilities:
Daily cleaning, sanitizing of toilets & sinks, and mopping floors of the restrooms
Maintaining the soap, paper towel and toilet paper throughout the facility
Regularly mopping of lobby floor and office hallways
Regularly dusting and wiping of windowsills
Regularly vacuuming of carpeted areas within the building
Daily wiping/sanitizing tables, microwaves, tables and counters
Maintain inventory of needed materials, supplies, and cleaning solutions for sanitation purposes
Daily collection of trash/recycle receptacles throughout the building
Follow safe work practices and keep the work area clean and organized
Perform related duties as assigned
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Prolonged periods of working on feet and performing repetitive actions, that entail frequent bending and stooping
Ability to effectively communicate with team members
Requirements:
Must be punctual and dependable
Must be detail-oriented and have good time management skills
Must be able to work with a variety of cleaning chemicals
Must be 18 years old
Must have a valid driver's license
