The Position:
Oversee the safe operation of all attractions while providing friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional entertainment experience for our guests.
An associate's attitude directly affects how Launch Family Entertainment as a whole is perceived.
Your main functions as Krave staff member are to ensure that all health department & company policies are being adhered to at all times, properly selling and processing payments through the POS, and preparing and serving all food and beverage items to guests.
Krave Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare all Krave menu items using standard facility equipment and ensuring quality and efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Assumes responsibility for quality of products prepared and served.
Maintains the cleanliness of Krave to meet or exceed Health Department standards for cleanliness, food handling, and sanitation.
Monitors stocks of ingredients and food items and assists with the preparation of inventory supply orders if needed.
Ensures the neatness, cleanliness and orderliness of the facility by sweeping, mopping, stocking shelves, removing trash, etc.
Properly store, label and date all products accordingly.
Ensures that all items meet or exceed food safety standards.
Presents a clean cut, neat, and professional image.
Properly maintains and uses all equipment per manufacturer?s and company specifications.
Exhibits and encourages proper hygiene and sanitary practices.
Maintains a friendly, courteous, and cheerful demeanor at all times
Provides assistance to other employees to contribute to the best overall operation of the park.
Constantly cleaning all countertops and tables in the Krave seating area.
Constantly pushing in chairs and straightening up the Krave seating area.
Perform other duties or roles as assigned by management or needed by the business.
Qualifications:
Willingness to be a team player and hard worker.
Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and managers but especially with guests.
Must understand and reinforce the Launch culture.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
Must be outgoing and able to interact and engage with all guests to enhance guest experience.
