* Must also be able to conduct assessments to monitor progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly while collaborating with general education teaches and parents for a cohesive education.
* Plan, organize and assign activities that are specific to each student’s abilities.
* Maintain ongoing compliance in accordance with IDEA, state, and district-level requirements.
*Requirements* * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related discipline from an accredited institution.
* Required certifications/credentials as designated by the Michigan Department of Education.
* Have high ethical standards and a deep sense of professionalism.
