Haley Residential is seeking an outgoing leasing professional to join our property management team at Georgetown Park Apartments in Fenton, MI.
The Leasing Consultant will show and lease apartments to prospective residents and assist with lease renewals for existing residents; as well as effectively, courteously and efficiently provide customer service to prospects and existing residents.
The ideal candidate will:
* Create a sense of urgency through immediate follow up on all prospective leads, setting appointments and closing on sales.
* Be able to provide outside marketing skills, social media strategies and establish rapport with local businesses.
* Monitor and update rents on various websites
Other desired qualities and experience would be:
* Ability to work some Saturdays
* Exceptional written and verbal communication
* Strong computer and math skills
* Flexibility and collaborative work ethic
* Positive and pro-active attitude
* Ability to work independently, set goals and report progress
* Must possess a current valid driver’s license
* Previous successful experience in leasing, marketing and resident relations is preferred.
