- Do you have a strong network in the landscape or snow removal industry? - Have you worked in a sales role providing other property management services outside of landscape or snow removal? Team Responsibilities: The Sales Associate is responsible for selling snow removal, lawn maintenance, and landscape sales and design.

share it · Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
· Prepare bids and proposals.
· Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
· Analyze the territory/ market’s potential.
· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
· Attend weekly sales meetings · Attend trade shows and other marketing events to generate leads.
· Assist office staff with site maps, locations and specific details for each site.
· Meet with customers on a regular basis to understand their needs and find upsell opportunities.
· Review A/R report and act accordingly with customer.

· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills, · Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to specific customers.
· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Required Education and/or Experience: · High school diploma.
Previous experience in sales positions in the landscaping industry or property management.
· Relevant college coursework in business and/or horticulture is useful.
