Sanhua is looking for an Key Account Manager to join our team in our Auburn Hills, MI office.
This person will operate as the Key Account Manager on our Stellantis (STLA) account.
The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client by creating a positive working relationship.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for addressing client issues and responding to questions.
The ideal candidate comes with experience in account management and developing new business opportunities among both existing and new customers.
They will have an established network in the automotive industry to provide and edge in identifying business opportunities and understanding market dynamics.
Excellent cross-functional experience working with customer service and product development to improve the entire customer experience is a critical factor in this role.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Responsible for achieving sales targets by identifying business opportunities in STLA.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase market share.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Stellantis (STLA).
This includes understanding the client's needs, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Negotiation and Contract Management: Skills in negotiation are essential to negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to ensure that deals are profitable and align with the company's objectives.
Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise: An in-depth understanding of automotive products, technologies, and market trends is crucial.
Should be able to discuss technical aspects with clients and provide tailored solutions.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the automotive industry and STLA.
Based on this analysis, develop and adapt sales strategies.
Reporting and Performance Tracking: Regular reporting on sales progress, market conditions, and client feedback to upper management is expected.
They should also track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Working closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
Problem-Solving and Crisis Management: Quickly address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise client.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineer, or related field
5 years+ in sales, in the automotive industry with STLA Thermal system preferred.
This includes a track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Minimum 50% Travel required
Familiarity with CRM software preferred
