Position Summary:
It is the responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator to execute and support the development of presentations, corporate events, internal/external communications, and other marketing related efforts.
Responsibilities of Position:
Communication with all TI Fluid Systems locations, departments and suppliers.
Assist with event coordination, management and set up.
Design engaging PowerPoint presentations while maintaining corporate brands standards.
Maintain and manage inventory of promotional items.
Coordinate the development of assets and collateral for internal and external marketing campaigns.
Maintain and manage content calendar for marketing plans.
Assist in the building and tracking of project budgets.
Monitor industry trends and competitor landscape.
Maintain accurate tracking and organization of corporate photography, digital artwork and films.
Other duties as assigned.
Skill Requirements:
Must be accountable, highly detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must!
Demonstrated proficiency with proofreading.
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
Graphic Design experience (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred.
Experience with Wordpress preferred.
Excellent written and oral skills.
Valid passport
Experience Requirements:
1-3 years experience in marketing, advertising, public relations or media promotions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required in Marketing or business-related field.
