\*\*\** *SUMMARY* *Performs sales and customer service tasks while carrying out responsibilities by performing the following main duties:* * *Seeks to understand the customers needs and wants to benefit the overall customer service experience, sales, and responsibilities.
* * *Led the sales team and make decisions impacting, prioritizing tasks, and assigns job responsibilities during their assigned shift* * *Prioritizes time to achieve individual and team tasks to be completed.
* * *Brings new ideas, effectively communicates vision and works cross-organizationally to get their results.
* * *Leads by example and supports fellow team members.
* * *Freely shares knowledge with other employees.

* * *Performs cashiering, stockroom upkeep and store upkeep as needed.

* *PHYSICAL DEMANDS* *The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
* * *Requires standing approximately 5-8 hours per day usually 3-5 days a week, including nights and weekends.
* * *During peak sale periods (Holidays, Back to School, etc) will work for long periods throughout a 6-12 hour day.
* * *Requires stooping and knelling to place merchandise on customers feet as well as reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on storage racks.
* * *May be required to climb ladder in order to stock and aquire merchandise for sale.
* * *Required to list items weighing 5-25 lbs regularly.
In certain circumstances, weights may be higher.
* * *Must be able to read and write English* * *Punctuality and regular attendance consistent with the companys policies are required for the position.
* * *The work environment for this position is a moderately noisy retail setting.
