Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager you are in charge of implementing the company’s sales policy.
As the North America Channel Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding Metrologic Group's reach and ensuring the success of channel partnerships within the United States.
This position involves cultivating relationships with key partners, understanding market dynamics, and driving business through strategic channel management growth.
Position Overview: As the North America Channel Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding Metrologic Group's reach and ensuring the success of channel partnerships within the United States.
This position involves cultivating relationships with key partners, understanding market dynamics, and driving business through strategic channel management growth.
Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and manage relationships with channel partners within the zone.
Collaborate with key partners to identify and capitalize on opportunities for sales growth.
Facilitate ongoing support and training to channel partners to ensure a deep understanding of Metrologic Group's products and solutions.
Analyze market trends and collaborate with partners to develop effective sales strategies.
Proactively identify and pursue new channel partnerships to expand market reach.
Regularly update the CRM system with partner interactions, opportunities, and projects.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, managers, colleagues, and partners.
Soft Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, particularly in the context of collaboration and leadership.
Cross-cultural competencies to navigate diverse business environments.
Ethical decision-making in all aspects of partner management.
Strong emotional intelligence to understand and address partner needs effectively.

Onboarding Process: The onboarding process will include comprehensive training on Metrologic Group's value propositions, market positioning, and in-depth technical training on products.
Desired Profile: Experience in channel management, preferably in the manufacturing or metrology sector.
Excellent interpersonal skills, along with effective listening and analytical capabilities.
Strong persuasion, rigor, and reactivity to drive success in partner relationships.
Proven experience in sales and business development within a technical environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce or equivalent.
